       This is a part-time or full-time role for a Sales Associate at The Lawn Care Company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and presenting and selling lawn care services located in Louisville, KY.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service and sales skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Lead Foreman Supervisor

Job Description

       This is a full-time role for a Lead Foreman Supervisor at The Lawn Care Company. As a Lead Foreman, you will be responsible for driving lawn care truck and trailer to locations and leading performance in lawn care services for 8 hour shifts with over time opportunities. Coordinating daily operations of the lawn care crew. Ensuring quality and timely completion of lawn services. Supervising team members, while maintaining equipment and Implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care.

  • Valid drivers license.

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm availability. 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to operate lawn care equipment.

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
